The original kitchen was boxed in by a load-bearing wall and thirty-year-old cabinetry. We opened the wall with a properly engineered beam, reworked the layout around a new island, and brought in custom cabinets, quartz counters, and warm-toned flooring.
New pot lights, updated electrical, and relocated plumbing were all handled in-house — one crew, one timeline, no surprises.
